At The Beauty Box NY in Ridgefield, Connecticut, a valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. A text confirmation will be sent two days prior to your scheduled visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so as far in advance as possible.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments canceled on the day of service will be subject to the full service charge. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you reschedule your appointment within 14 days of the original booking, the cancellation charge will be applied toward your rescheduled services at our Ridgefield location.
